When i was a kid i remember how i used to love wolves and still do. I remember that for Halloween i would put on a werewolf mask and would go scare whoever i could find on the streets. I was the werewolf for three years straight. I loved the wolf back then because of its ferocity. Not only do i love them for that now but because of its beauty, intelligence and mystery. I would watch anything on television that had anything to do with wolves. They are incredible animals. This drawing that i did was of a gray wolf, also known as a timber wolf. Its the largest of the wild dog family measuring 1-2 meters from nose to tip of tail. These animals are built for stamina, needed for the cold winter hunts that they must accomplish in order to survive. They have been known to reach speeds up to 65km/h. What makes them so interesting is their intelligence. When hunting large prey, wolves typically attempt to conceal themselves as they approach the selected animal. The eyes of are so deep and intense. You can feel the fierceness in them and the power that these beautiful creatures have. They are not as large as other animals, such as the tigers, but that doesn't take away from its magnificence. If anyone would like to provide an original article on the grey wolf, please contact me. It could be a description about the wolf, a personal experience that you may have had or anything that can be related to the grey wolf. Well i hope you enjoy this drawing and hopefully you keep coming back.
